A New Vision for Perinatal Hospice
Jarosław L. Mikuczewski, PhD, is a Jesuit priest and professor of philosophy. His research bridges bioethics, theology, and environmental ethics. He serves as visiting professor of Bioethics at Loyola University Chicago and lecturers at the Jesuit University Ignatianum in Cracow, Poland. He holds a master’s degree in biotechnology with a focus on genetics and protein engineering. His academic work explores questions of human dignity, disability, and compassionate care at the beginning and end of life.
Dr. Mikuczewski has presented his research at international conferences in Europe and the United States. He is also deeply engaged in spiritual formation, offering retreats and guidance that integrate Ignatian spirituality with the ethical and professional development of healthcare professionals.
